Ingredients

.5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
4.5 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Butter, salted
Tips
Goes great with pork chops.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut cabbage into thing slices and fry in butter with onions for about 5 mins until it starts to turn translucent (some pieces of cabbage will be white and will soften in the oven). Move to a casserole dish. Beat cream and eggs, add cheese and spices, pour onto cabbage and mix.
Crush pork rinds w/ mortar and pestle or a baggie and a soup can. Spread evenly on top.
Cook for 30 - 35 minutes until bubbly and rinds are toasted.
