Introduction

Simple side dish to any italian meal. Simple side dish to any italian meal.

Ingredients

    7 ounces (half a box) Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
    1/4 Cup Country Crock Light
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesian Cheese
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder or to taste (I use garlic salt but that wasn't listed in the nutrition facts and I am sure garlic powder would work just as well)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter, parmesian cheese and garlic powder.

This can be made with any pasta on hand. Ziti, Elbow Macaroni, whatever. You can also toss in some broccoli and chicken for a complete meal. Very versital base.

    My family liked this a lot. I added chicken and tried my hand at using a bit of fresh garlic in place of all garlic powder and we enjoyed it very much - 6/25/08
