Ingredients

    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    6 serving Bob Evans Savory Sage Sausage Roll (2 oz serving) (by AUNTROO)
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    .33 cup Canola Oil
    .33 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    8 tbsp Parmesan & Ramano grated cheese - reggano(aldi bands)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

coat baking dish 2qt rectangle with cooking spray. Combine all ingred. but zucchini.
Add zucchini and toss to coat well. Spoon into baking dish and bake uncovered 375 oven for 45 minutes
