    1 serving Hummus, Sabra Classic Hummus, 2 tablespoons
    0.3 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    .33 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    0.33 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
    0.13 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
    3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.5 cup Organic Kale, Steamed or Cooked

Tips

Roast veggies and pre cook chicken at beginning of week. Use a Ziploc 3 compartment container. Place brown rice in big container layer chicken and roasted veggies. In smaller compartment place beans and hummus.
