Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    0.66 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    0.75 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.04 tsp Stevia Extract Powder

Directions

Preheat oven 400° Mix dry ingredients well and form a well in bowl Combine water, applesauce and egg Mix wet and dry Fold in fruit. Bake 20 minutes in lined or greased muffin tin. These muffins are pretty dense. If you like a lighter muffin use all purpose flour to replace half or all the wheat flour. Please note this calls for pure stevia extract powder NOT ZERO CALORIE SWEETENER WITH STEVIA. Serving Size: 1 muffin
