Ingredients

    8.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1.5 cup Beans, black
    1.0 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    5.0 oz Tostitos Light Tortilla Chips
    0.25 cup Salsa
    3.0 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)

Directions

Brown ground turkey, add taco seasoning, corn,beans and salsa. Let simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Put cheese on top. Serve on bowls of salad.
