Ingredients

    4 oz Puff pastry, frozen, ready-to-bake
    4 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts
    4 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
    4 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved

Directions

Cook chicken in pan with a little oil until brown on both sides, but not cooked all the way thru. Cut puff pastry into 4 equal pieces, and flatten with hands. Put 1 chicken breast, cheese, and 1 piece of bacon on puff pastry and fold over to cover ingredients. Spread a little butter or oil over pastry, and pierce the packet with a fork a few times. Place on cookie sheet, and put in oven at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puff pastry is browned.
