Introduction

I was getting bored with fish and came up with this in my kitchen. I was getting bored with fish and came up with this in my kitchen.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 4oz Tilapia Filet
    3 Tablespoons of Pace Mild or Medium Picante Sauce
    1 Teaspoon Yellow mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 275
This is a single serving size recipie.
Use 1 Reynolds wrap foil sheet
Place filet in center
mix picante sauce and mustard together, then spoon over top of filet.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Close foil to make packet.
Cook approximately 20 minutes until fish is done.

    very good and easy to make. i just used a slight change in the recipe.375 for 4 sevings.put mustard on fish and then toped with Medium Picante Sauce.Served with hot buttered rice
