Ingredients

    16 oz cottage cheese, 1% fat
    1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts
    Knorr Vegetable recipe Mix

    Vegetables for dipping

Directions

Puree cottage cheese in food processor. Add water chestnuts and soup mix. Blend until mixed thoroughly and water chestnuts are minced.

Use as vegetable dip.
