    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.25 cup Honey
    2.25 tsp red star active dry yeast
    0.25 cup warm water
    0.25 cup pure vegetable oil
    1.5 cup pillsbury bread flour
    1.5 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

In bread machine add all ingredients listed in order. May use 1 egg instead of applesauce, the applesauce makes it vegan though. Optional may add 1 tsp of poppy seeds if preferred. Serving Size: 12 slices
