Ingredients

    Boneless pork stew meat-20 oz
    Tomato sauce-1 cup
    Olive oil-1 tbls
    Water-1/2 to 3/4 cup
Garlic powder-1 tsp or to taste
    Salt & Pepper-to taste

Directions

Pour olive oil in large skillet. Add pork and cook over medium heat until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour. This can be left over low heat for a few hours and will result in very tender pork. Adjust the water if you would like your sauce thinner or thicker. Adjust seasonings to suit your taste.
