2 serving Medium Zucchini (by APPLECRISP808)
6 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.5 oz Colby & monterey jack cheese Kraft Natural cheese
0.10 cup Kraft Touch of Philadelphia Triple Cheddar Sredded cheese (by LJAMESL)
12 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
2 serving Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted No Salt Added
Directions
Cut and scoop zucchinis. Boil water and place zucchini in boiling water for 1 minute. Preheat oven to 400. Brown turkey meat until no longer pink. Put tomatoes, onion and the scoops of zucchini along with seasonings to taste. Simmer low for 20 minutes. Line pan with salsa. Place zucchini over salsa and fill with meat mix. Top with cheese and bake covered with aluminum foil for 35 minutes.
