1 serving Bread - Pita (Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, Whole Wheat)
0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
1 serving Provolone Cheese-Sargento Ultra Thin (1 slice)
0.2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
0.2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.15 jumbo Black Olives
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop veggies and place in microwaveable container and add egg whites and olives. Microwave on 70% power for approximately 1.20 minutes until egg just begins to cook. Spread mixture on pita bread and top with one slice of cheese. Place in oven on a pan sprayed with a little cooking spray and bake approximately 10-11 minutes.
