Introduction

This recipe is low carb as there are no bread crumbs. I recommend substituting using fresh, minced garlic when you can. I also sometimes add fresh chopped green onions (scallions). Ingredients

    6 serving Knorr Spring Vegetable Recipe Mix (3 servings per pkg) (by FRANCLYN)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 fl oz Half and Half Cream
    32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients with your hands. In a standard loaf pan, place mixture into pan and form into a loaf. Bake for 1 hour. If desired, at the 45-minute mark, top loaf with ketchup and bake for 15 more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices, 1 to 1&1/2 inches
