Ingredients

    One package dried black beans 16 oz.
    12 cup water
    6 tsp chicken bouillon
    20 large baby carrots chopped
    1 medium onion
    2 clove garlic
    8 tbsp La Victoria Salsa Suprema, Mild
    3 serving chicken sausage sliced

Directions

Sort, rinse and soak beans in water over night.
Combine water, bouillon and beans in a large pot and bring to boil over high heat.
Once beans are boiling reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 60 minutes.
While beans are simmering add carrots, onion and garlic to pot.
Once the beans are cooked add salsa and chicken sausage.
