Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.25 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    4.0 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    20.0 tbsp Nutella
    1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.5 cup maranatha coconut butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, combine sugar and butter. Then add banana, applesauce and vanilla mix well and add dry ingredients. Once well incorporated spread evenly between two greased and floured pans and bake 15 minutes. Mix up frosting next, give or take a little on ingredients to taste, can add butter for a more spreadable frosting. Frosting is not fully vegan unless substitute for nutella. Once cakes cool for 5 minutes in pan flip to wire rack and cool completely before frosting layers. Serving Size: 12
