Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 scoop Mocha Perfrmance Protein Powder (for 15g protein)
    1 serving Vega One Vanilla Chai, 44g
    1 tbsp Gelatin Zint
    1 dash Salt
    1 medium Banana, frozen
    4 Tbs Water or so
    1 tsp Stevia NuStevia powder
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    6 ice cube or so
    1 cup Hemp Milk- Pacific Vanilla Unsweetened

Tips

Half of the hemp milk was pre frozen into ice cubes


Directions

Blend water, milk, and ice cube first. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
