Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 large while onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    2 garlic gloves
    1 (141/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 (12oz) bottle of beer
    1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
    1 TBSP chili poser
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1 (16oz) can black beans
    1 (16oz) can kidney beans

Directions

Brown meat and drain off excess fat.
Saute - onion, peppers and garlic.
Combine meat and sauteed vegetables. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook together for 20 minutes.
