Ingredients

    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    3.0 jumbo Black Olives
    1.0 serving Cheese Stick, Cheddar, Sargento, Reduced Fat
    2.0 large Egg white, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

Seperate 2 egg whites from the yellows into medium sized bowl. Add 3 whole eggs and whip..add veggies..milk..whip.again. Then bake in a round dish at 400 degrees. Spray dish with cooking spray before baking..= bake for 10-14 minutes.. Take out sprinkle.with cheese and enjoy
