Ingredients

    1.0 cup, chopped Kale
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 serving Trader Joes Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1.0 serving Yoplait Light Yogurt, Orange Creme (6 oz)

Directions

Cut up your banana and kale into small pieces then put it into the blender. Then add the yogurt and protein powder into the blender, then there it is the K smoothie. If you want it to have a less slimy smoothie add some water to it.
