Ingredients

    1 to 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
    2 tbs sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter
    8 oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    dash of salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tbs sugar
    1/4 tsp vanilla




Directions

To make crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbs sugar, and butter. Put in pie plate and bake minutes at 325 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour filling in crust and bake on cookie sheet 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Combine sour cream, 2 tbs sugar, and 1/4 tsp vanilla, and spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes. Chill until firm.
