    2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1.0 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    2.0 serving Great Value Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese (1 slice)
    2.0 cup Great Value Shredded Hash Browns
    0.25 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Heat coconut oil in frying pan and cook frozen hash browns according to package directions with onion powder, mean while scramble 1 egg, melt cheese on top, top hash browns with egg and cheese, serve with tomato wedges, enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 2 Servings
