Introduction

Ingredients

Several Sprigs of fresh Rosemary (you only want the leaves)
12 0z. of Chicken Breast (raw)
1.5 T. Olive Oil
.75 C. Feta Cheese
3 C. Whole wheat pasta (cooked)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Salt and pepper your chicken to taste. In a oven safe pan add Rosemary (make sure you're using just the leaves) and spray with Pam so the chicken doesn't stick. Heat over medium high heat. Add chicken and brown it up. Then transfer pan to a 350 degree oven and finish cooking. Make sure not to over cook.
Prepare pasta. When the pasta is done toss with remaining olive oil and feta cheese. Top with the chicken and enjoy!
