Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour, white
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    6 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350̊

Mix dry ingredients in an 8" ungreased pan.

Make three (3) holes in the dry mix. Put the vinegar in the first, the oil in the second, and the vanilla in the third. Pour the cup of water over all and mix with a fork until smooth.

Bake in a 350̊ oven for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9 2.5 inch pieces
