Baby Carrots, raw, 8 large diced or sliced
Portabella Mushrooms, 200 grams sliced
Swanson Beef Broth less sodium fat free, ( 1 14oz can)
Directions

Cut beef into small cubes and brown
Place all ingredients plus 2 cups water into roaster an cook at 275 deg. 2 and half hours.
