Ingredients

    1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    .25 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 large Egg Yolk
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Whisk egg yolk and 1/4 c of sugar
add vanilla and cream, whisk
pour into 4 ramkins
bake at 300 for 50-55 minutes
cool
top each off with 1.5 tsp sugar and broil for 5 minutes.
