    1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    60 gram Siggi's Icelandic Style Skyr Plain (by BELLYDANCER77)
    0.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 serving PEACH, FRESH 1 SMALL ( APPROX 5 PER 1 LB)
    1 dash Salt
    1.5 tsp Butternut Mountain Farm Granulated Vermont Organic Maple Sugar (by REGINADOLE)
    0.25 tsp Apple Pie Spice (by REBECCAF62)


Any milk can be used as well as peach or vanilla yogurt for the skyr. If you like nuts, feel free to add as well.


Place oatmeal, salt, sugar and apple pie spice in a canning jar with lid or a medium sized cereal bowl. Stir. Add skyr (Siggi's brand) or greek yougurt if you can't find skyr. Add milk and stir well . Top with diced peach and cover. Place in fridge overnight.
