Ingredients

    3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
    2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 medium Carrots, raw
    2.0 fl oz Water, tap
    1.0 dash Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, white
    0.25 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
    1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Chop carrots and tomato. Combine in food processor or blender (I use bullet)
