Introduction

Ingredients

    900 grams Lamb, Cubed
    150 Rappini ,chopped
    1 large Onions, raw , chopped
    450 grams Potato, raw ,diced
    300 grams Carrots, raw ,diced
    0.5 cup Patak's Madras Sauce

Tips

6 hours of cooking time in crockpot, can be mix the night before and set aside in the fridge to be cook the next day- so you have a nice weekday meal after work!


Directions

1. Spray crockpot with oil. Add lamb cubes.
2. Saute the onion and rappini. Add potato and carrots - mix well all veggies with sauce.
3. Add to crockpot to cover the lamb.
4. Cover and cook at low for 6-7 hours.
