    1 cup Kirkland Organic Plain Soy Milk
    30 gram(s) Naked Goat Protein Powder
    1 cup Kirkland Organic Frozen Strawberries (Costco)
    1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    1 tbsp Hemp Heart (Manitoba Harvest) (by MARIA987)
    1 tsp Kirkland Ground Saigon Cinnamon (by JDYDEL)

Directions

Chop strawberries in blender, combine all ingredients into blender bottle and shake. Consume within 1 hour post workout.
