Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz Shrimp, Extra Small, Frozen, Cooked and Defrosted
    1 Large Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw (about 1/2 of an onion)
    1 1/2 cups diced tomato
    2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
    1 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (about 1 bunch)
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced fine
    1 lime
    3 tsp Oregano, Dried, Leaves
    10 tbsp Salsa, Herdez Salsa Casera (one can)
    Seasoned salt (to taste)



Tips

Serve with saltine crackers.


Directions

Put the chopped vegetables (bell pepper, onions, tomato, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and avocado) and shrimp into a large bowl. Mix. Squeeze the juice of one lime of over the mixture. Stir in salsa and oregano. Add seasoned salt to taste.

Let mixture sit at least an hour before serving so the flavors can meld.

Great served with saltine crackers.
