Ingredients

    25 grams Carrots, raw
    22 grams Turnips
    22 grams Celery, raw
    20 grams Cauliflower, raw
    25 grams Zucchini, baby
    15 grams Onions, raw
    1.5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    30 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    1 serving armstrong cheese marble 3cm cube/30g (RS) (by ROSEDERALD247)
    25 gram(s) Seedless Green Grapes (10 grapes/serv - 49 grams)
    18 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2 tbsp Coleslaw Dressing, Kraft Calorie Wise (per 1 tbsp) (by LEE2151)

Tips

I poke a hole in the canning lid with a push pin. Place a small triangle of electrical tape loosely over the hole. Use a wine pump over the LOOSE tape to remove air. Salads will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge with air removed. I make several at a time.


Directions

Chop ingredients. Place dressing in very small container in bottom of jar. Layer from bottom starting with harder veggies and ending at the top with more fragile ingredients. Place lid on jar and vacuum seal.
