Ingredients

    1 can (any brand) chicken breast
    1 1/2 - 2 T mayonnaise
    1 - 2 T relish
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients and eat with crackers or make a sandwich. It's great on top of a big salad, too!

    This recipe is really great, especially if you're short on time. I added a pinch of dill, put on a sandwich and topped with sliced cucumbers. Delicious! - 6/4/08
