Introduction

Ingredients

    12 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)
    4 tbsp Mayonnaise, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
    6 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    3 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tbsp Cheese - Kirkland Parmigiano Reggiano 1 tbsp (by HEIDISPENCE)

Tips

You can add or omit ingredients to suite your taste: Celery, Paprika, Bacon, Seeds or nuts; just to name a few.


Directions

I bought two packages hard boiled/ pealed eggs (six per package). Cut each egg in half, place egg yokes into a plastic zipper bag & whites on a tray or plate.
Add all other ingredients (note-chop FINE onions and any additives) into baggy, close and mash/ mix. Cut small corner off bag and pipe onto each egg half. put plenty on each because you will have lots left over!

Serving Size: Two halfs= one serving
