Ingredients

    1 c. chopped seedless cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped mango
    1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tbl. seeded diced jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbl. fresh cilantro
    2 Tbl. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbl fresh orange juice
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

Combine all in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes before serving
