This is from a recipe column in our local newspaper by Sue Doeden. Only change is that she uses mayo, Im using Miracle Whip light and I also changed out the sugar for Splenda. Ingredients

    4-Tbls Miracle Whip Light
    2-Tbls Vinegar
    1-Tbls Splenda
    1-Cup celery, chopped
    1-Cup red onion, chopped
    1-Cup frozen peas - thawed
    2 -6 oz. cans white albacore tuna, drained
    4-Cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
    2-tsp dill weed, dried

Directions

Mix Miracle Whip Light, vinegar, Splenda and dill in a large bowl. Add celery, red onion, peas and tuna. Toss ingredients to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate until serving time. At serving time add chopped lettuce to the salad ingredients in large bowl. Toss gently. Serve immediately.

    I'm not sure what was wrong with this salad. It smelled and looked nice, but I couldn't eat it. I felt sick to my stomach. Maybe the onions were hard to digest? I don't know. I also did not enjoy the sweet taste, probably from the splenda. - 12/18/11
