Ingredients

    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.75 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme dark chocolate cake mix dry 1/10 pkg serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 count muffin pan. Mix cake mix and pumpkin together in a large bowl. Use water to thin it out if needed as it can get really thick. Can add a little bit of pumpkin pie spice if desired. Divide mixture between muffin cups and bake 25-30 minutes. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serving Size: 1 muffin
