    1.5 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 C All Bran Origional Cereal
    .5 C Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon, Baking Powder & Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 C Craisins
    1 C Grated Carrots
    1.75 C Skim Milk
    1 Jar Prune Baby Food or Apple Sauce
    1 Egg White

Directions

Makes 12 Muffins
Mix dry ingredients then mix is wet ingredients.
Cook on 400 for 20 mins
