Ingredients

1- 20oz. pkg. Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (6 links)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced or stewed tomatoes
Season with basil, oregano and garlic powder.
Directions
1.Remove sausage from casings and cook in large Dutch Oven over med-high heat 8-10 mins or until no longer pink, breaking into pieces while cooking. Remove sausage and drippings from Dutch Oven and drain well.
2.Saute onion & peppers in Dutch oven over med-high heat 5-6 mins or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes and salt & pepper to taste. Shake in desired amount of seasonings. Cook 4 mins. or until thoroughly heated. Stir in sausage. Transfer mixture to a serving platter and serve immediately.
Serve with brown rice or whole wheat spaghetti and top w/parmesan cheese if desired (not included in nutrition facts).
To freeze: prepare as directed. cool 30 mins. place in 13x9 baking dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Freeze up to 2 mos. Thaw in frig for 24hrs. Preheat oven to 350. Remove and discard plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Cover w/aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 40-45 mins or until thoroughly heated.
