Ingredients

    300 grams Ground beef, lean
    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4 serving RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked
    2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    200 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste

Directions

Brown beef, add chopped onion, sliced mushrooms and cabbage, saute until starting to brown, add rice, salt and pepper, and allow rice to lightly brown (about 7 minutes) add broth and water and bring to boil, add in tomato paste, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes on low. Remove cover, test doneness of rice, add water if needed and cover, allow to cook 5 more times. Serve.
