Ingredients

    2 cup Baby Romaine Lettuce
    .25 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
    .25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    .10 cup, chopped Walnuts
    .25 cup, sections Oranges
    0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
    .10 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .10 cup, diced Celery, raw
    4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted

Tips

Cook chicken ahead of time. Use chicken tenders and roast in oven or sauté on stove top. Tiny bit of olive oil or butter on medium high, turn over once, reduce heat to simmer and cover with lid. 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.


Directions
