Ingredients

    2 medium Turnips
    4 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh
    2 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
    1 bulb Fennel
    12 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh
    2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
    2 tsp Garlic, granulated (by ALOUICIOUS)
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Smoked Paprika (by NICA717)
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Dice all veggies, add to mixing bowl and add olive oil and seasonings. Cook at 400 degrees for about an hour - turning once or twice during the process. After cooked, return to bowl, add soy sauce and mix.
