    434 gram(s) Biraghi, Ricotta Fresca (by J123452)
    8 oz Cheese, Kraft Pepper Jack
    4 cup Spinach, frozen
    25 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    15 grams Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal
    0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    5 serving Barilla Lasagna Noodle, 2 noodles (by WISCONSIN30)

Directions

combine spinach, cheeses, diced onion, diced garlic. Make sure to squeeze water out of spinach. Cook lasagna noodles. put filling onto noodles and roll. Freeze for awhile. Dip in egg whites. Combine bread crumbs (i used a combo of what I had on hand: panko, standard, and crushed cornflakes). Dip into crumb mixture. Bake on 400 for30 mins
