1 tsp Garlic
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
24 large Shrimp, cooked
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
6 oz Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked)
1 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 serving Birds Eye Broccoli, Cauliflour, Carrot Mix (by SWMO_LADYBUG)
Directions
saute garlic, onions and bell pepper until tender.
add shrimp- cook
add mushrooms- cook until done
add milk and Parmesan cheese. Heat until thick
add mixed vegetables
Measure noodles into a bowl and cover with pasta mixture.
Serving Size: 5.5 oz of pasta with 1 1/2 cups of sauce
