Ingredients

1.5 tbsp Onion powder
1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
1.0 tbsp Salt
45.0 oz Whole chicken
Directions
Rub thawed chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder inside and out. Cut the butter in to cubes and place it on top and inside the chicken. Place chicken in a oven safe container and bake it at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
