Introduction

This is the best salad dressing ALIVE. Goes well on mixed greens with grilled chicken and avocado! It is slightly chunky - so it helps to toss the salad to coat it throughly. Ingredients

    .5 cup of red onions (diced)
    1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
    1 cucumber - sliced
    8 cloves garlic (minced)
    4 tbs lemon juice
    sea salt (to taste)
    dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
    3tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth! Sea salt and cayenne to taste.

The measurement of ingredients is very flexible - every time I make it a little different!

Makes approx 8 servings. Toss on Salad and enjoy!
