Ingredients

16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (by SEARCY1945)
30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
1 tsp Garlic
.25 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
2 tbsp Aunt Sues Raw Wild Natural Honey
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE)
2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375
2. Combine the ground turkey, chili garlic sauce, bread crumbs and garlic in a medium size mixing bowl and mix until completely combined.
3. Roll into golf ball size balls with your hands and place on a greased baking sheet.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until they are cooked through.
5. In a mixing cup combine all the ingredients for the sauce and microwave for 30 seconds and stir to make sure the honey has dissolved.
6. Heat a large skillet to medium heat and place the meatballs in the skillet, pour the sauce over the meat balls and cover, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes if desired.
