    3.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.5 tbsp Lard
    6.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    2.0 cup, mashed Zucchini
    2.0 cup Butternut Squash
    2.0 cup diced Potato, raw

Directions

Boil 20 min. Then blend with immersion blender. Salt and pepoer to taste.
