Ingredients

    2.0 tsp Olive Oil
    14.0 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.0 Jalapeno Pepper
    2.0 cloves Garlic
    100.0 grams Cilantro, raw (handful)
    1.0 can Canned Tomatoes
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp chili powder
    2 oz Monterey Jack

Directions

Warm the oil. Chop up garlic, onions and peppers and start to cook, a few minutes. Add the meat, cook until nearly all brown. Add tomatoes, cilantro and spices. Serve with.5 oz of cheese grated on top.
