    0.25 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
    3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    2.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

half olive oil in a pan, cook mushrooms, onions and kale, until well cooked. in a bowl mix well eggs,almond milk, nutmeg, paprika and cheeses, add kale mix into the bowl. place the mix in a square clear baking pan. bake at 325° for 40 min
